So we are not responsible for any delay, pricing or cancellation of the services offered by the telecoms/operator/third-party end. However we will make our best efforts to deliver the best service above acceptance levels.
The user is solely responsible for the selection of mobile number, operator selection, DTH Company, Bill Payment Company. All the details and selection made by the user is in his sole responsibility and Ranat Communication is not liable for any wrong communication entries/selection made.
All the sales through our website, KIOSK and sign boards/Digital Signage’s are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the payment of the mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment or display boards selected and all charges that result from these payments. We shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number or Digital boards.

An amount has been charged to your card or bank account and a service is not rendered by the service/telecom provider within 24 hours of your completion of transaction Or a digital display service has been availed by our in any of our signboards and not displayed fully In any of the above cases you many please initiate a refund request through email@example.com or contact us page in our website. Please furnish the following details: the mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number, service provider name, payment amount and value, transaction date , order number, sign board id number and your account number if any. We shall investigate such incidents and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the payment/service then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your card or bank account depending on your banks policy. We shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above-mentioned options.
